Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)

Short Description:

Large Cardamom is a perennial herb with underground rhizomes and 50–140 leafy shoots, each 1.7–2.6 m tall with 9–13 glabrous leaves. It has condensed yellowish spikes bearing 10–15 round or oval reddish-brown trilocular capsules, each containing many seeds.

Uses:
