Pomegranate arils, the jewel-like seeds of the Punica granatum fruit, are hand-extracted from fully ripe ‘Bhagwa’ variety pomegranates grown in Maharashtra. These ruby-red arils are processed within 2 hours of harvest using cold-chain methods to preserve their natural sweetness (14-16°Brix) and vibrant color, with trees yielding optimal fruit after 3-5 years of growth.
